This is the cover illustration of my e-book The Thief and the Star. The original title of the book, as some of you know, is Smoog and the Eye of the Trillagryyn, 2005.
I realized too late that the original title had some serious flaws, including: 1) the title is not easy to pronounce, and 2) that if anyone wanted to ask about it at a store, the title isn’t easy to remember. Ah well, lesson learned. The Thief and the Star is more memorable and pronouncable, but the original title is how I always refer to it.
This cover illustration is a part of my gallery show at Fluff Bakery, on Court Street in Athens, Ohio. If you happen to be near Athens, stop by Fluff Bakery, enjoy some coffee, and browse the pictures on their walls! I hope you enjoy your time there. (They have lots of cookies!)
